Drywaller
Facilities
21 yrs., Must have basic construction background in general drywall, tile work, and wallpaper. Must have current driver's license and good driving record to meet company insurance.
Stockroom Attendant
Facilities
21 yrs., Must be able to maintain tools, tracking, and inventory needs of the stockroom. Must have valid driver's license and good driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
Electrician
Facilities
21 yrs.,Trouble shoots & maintains all electrical equipment in large commercial facility. 3 years of commercial electrical experience preferred. Must have & maintain current Driver’s License and qualify for company driving insurance. Must be able to obtain OSHA 10card once hired.
Carpet Layer
Facilities
21yrs., Must be able to work all shifts, physical job. Must have 5 years experience preferred in carpet laying, carpet repair, tile and vinyl. Current driver's license with good driving record to meet company insurance. Must obtain OSHA 10 card once hired.
HVAC Technician
Facilities
21 yrs., HVAC-R experience preferred, EPA Type 3 certification, OSHA 10 card within 2 weeks of hire. Must have valid driver's license with good driving record to meet company insurance requirements
Electronics Tech

21 yrs., Must have 1yr experience & have valid driver’s license w/ good driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
Maintenance Repair
Facilities
21 yrs., Maintenance experience Required. Performs minor repairs on carpentry, electrical, air conditioning, electronics, and plumbing. Must have driver's license and be able to meet company auto ins. requirments. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Plumber
Facilities
21 yrs., Plumbing experience required. Must be able to work in small tight places and confined areas. Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 card within 2 weeks of hire. Must have valid drivers license with good driving record to meet insurance requirements. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Refrigeration Tech
Facilities
21 yrs., Univesal Refrigeration, EPA certifications, & able to obtain OSHA 10 card w/ in 2 weeks of hire. Must have refrigeration & A/C exp. handling various refrigeratnts such as 404A, 134A, R453A, 410A and alike. Must be able to troubleshoot cold controls, pressure switches, solenoid valves, compressors, & all other components related to coolers, freezers walk-in & reach in systems.
Car Detailer
Facilities
21 yrs., Must have 1 year of experience detailing vehicle. Must have valid driver's license and able to meet company insurance requirements.
Boat Captain
Marine
21 yrs., Experience preferred but willing to train. Must have 25 ton masters and 100 ton masters preferred.
Linen Control
Housekeeping
21 yrs., Must be able to heavy lift. Must have vaild driver's license with clean driving record to meet insurance requirements.
Valet

25 yrs., Alcohol Awareness card. Must be on feet for long periods of time and able to work in extreme weather conditions. must have valid driver's license with good driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
